4. Access & Site Conditions

For on-site work, you are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment, vehicle or area to be cleaned, and for telling us about anything that could affect the job — including pre-existing damage, sensitive components, or electrical hazards. We will not be liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access or inaccurate information provided before the job.
