This page explains your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and how to exercise them with IceForce Blasting. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
- Right to be informed — to know how your data is collected and used (see our Privacy Policy)
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your data, where there’s no legal reason for us to keep it
- Right to restrict processing — to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a portable format, where technically feasible
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to direct marketing at any time
- Rights related to automated decision-making — we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
How To Exercise Your Rights
Email info@iceforceblasting.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will respond within one calendar month, free of charge in most cases.
Making a Complaint
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator:
